| Bird in a Nest |
Although we just got a fresh sprinkling of snow over the last few days where I live, I am certain that spring should be on its way any time now!
One of my favourite things about spring is mama animals having their babies. Last year we had a robin build its nest in a tree in our backyard and my kids got to watch the mama robin sit on her eggs, and then watch the mama robin feed her babies when they were born. The kids were just delighted and it was pretty exciting for me too! I made them this really easy birdie in a nest snack—hopefully we’ll be seeing some spring weather and birdies soon!
