Prepare for Santa's arrival with this adorable reindeer-inspired lunch
This Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer quesadilla was so easy to make! Can you guess what I used to make it? A large gingerbread man cookie cutter! You just turn that gingerbread man upside down and it makes a perfect reindeer. The legs become the antlers and the arms become the ears—so easy and so fun! My kiddos love quesadillas, so this lunch was a real hit with them and I’ll probably be making it several more times over the holidays. Here’s how you can enjoy it this Christmas, too.
