Fun Summer Sandwiches

Two of our very favorite sandwiches to make for parties or just a fun lunch are our Rocket Ship sandwich and our Ice Cream Cone sandwich. It's a great way to get kids to eat more veggies, as many of the sandwich elements are made from pieces of vegetables.
