Turn a sandwich into a kite with this simple, high-flying lunch idea
One of my kids’ favourite activities on a windy Spring day is to fly a kite! They get so excited when their kite catches a breeze and flies high through the sky. I love seeing the joy on their faces! We’ve already flown our kites several times this Spring, and I thought it would be fun to make them a kite lunch too. This lunch was really simple to make and took only minutes to assemble.
